JJRS Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Eligibility

By accessing JJRS and creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age. JJRS is strictly for adults. Minors are not permitted to register, deposit or participate in any activity on this platform.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or a business entity in registering your account.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of JJRS complies with any laws applicable to you personally in your jurisdiction. JJRS does not hold or claim any government-issued gambling licence or regulatory endorsement in Pakistan.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from JJRS or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

2. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account on JJRS. Duplicate registrations using different email addresses, phone numbers, devices or payment methods are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, JJRS reserves the right to close all but the original account and void any bonuses or winnings associated with the duplicate.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information including your real name, date of birth, contact email and phone number. This information may be used for identity verification purposes. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure. JJRS will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have shared or failed to protect your login details.

JJRS may at any time request identity verification documents — such as a CNIC copy, bank statement or payment method confirmation — to verify your identity, age or the source of funds. Accounts may be suspended pending the outcome of such verification. Providing false documentation is grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• Notify the JJRS support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.
• Account credentials must not be shared with or transferred to any other person.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on JJRS are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may change and is subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction.

Deposits: Funds deposited are credited to your account balance in PKR. JJRS does not charge a deposit fee, although your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals: To request a withdrawal, your account must be verified and your identity confirmed. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit where possible, as a fraud prevention measure. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process the same day. Bank transfers are subject to your bank's processing times. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier.

Pending bonus conditions: If an active bonus is attached to your account with an unmet wagering requirement, withdrawal of the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be restricted until the requirement is completed. The real-money portion of your balance unrelated to any bonus is withdrawable at any time subject to verification requirements.

4. Betting Rules

Bets placed on JJRS — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and other sports markets — are governed by the following rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once accepted, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a Cash Out option is available and displayed for that market.
• In-play bets are subject to the live odds at the exact moment of acceptance. Delays caused by connectivity issues on the player's end do not entitle the player to previously displayed odds.
• JJRS reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by technical errors, obvious pricing mistakes, or where market integrity is in question. Where bets are voided, stakes are returned to the player's account balance.
• Maximum stake and maximum win limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip and may vary by market and event.
• Bets on cricket matches — including PSL fixtures, bilateral series and ICC tournaments — are settled according to the official match result as declared by the governing body. Abandoned matches are settled according to the rules of the specific market as stated at the time of bet placement.
• Parlays and accumulator bets require all selections to win for the full payout. Any voided selection in an accumulator will be settled at odds of 1.0 (stake returned for that leg).

JJRS maintains the right to limit the stakes or winnings available to any individual account where unusual betting patterns are identified. This includes, but is not limited to, patterns consistent with matched betting, arbitrage or systematic exploitation of promotions.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

JJRS offers promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, free bets and odds boosts. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including eligibility, minimum deposit, wagering requirement, minimum odds restrictions and expiry period — which are published on the Promotions page. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion's own terms take precedence for that promotion.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 500 bonus means PKR 5,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal is permitted.
• Eligible games/markets: Not all games or betting markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses and any associated winnings that have not been claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account.
• One bonus at a time: Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's terms, only one bonus can be active on an account at any given time.
• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, use of multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

JJRS reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible. Players who have already opted in to a promotion prior to its withdrawal retain the right to complete the promotion under the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.

6. Casino and Game Rules

All casino games available in the JJRS game lobby — including slots, live casino tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, game shows), and instant win titles — are governed by the rules of the individual game as provided by the respective software provider. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on your screen and the game server's records, the server records will be considered final and authoritative.

• Malfunctions of any kind — whether caused by software bugs, connectivity issues or hardware problems — void all related plays and bets. Stakes are returned where a malfunction is confirmed.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time. JJRS is not responsible for interruptions caused by your internet connection. Bets confirmed before a disconnection are settled according to the game outcome recorded on the server.
• Slots and RNG-based games use certified random number generation. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the software provider and are not adjustable by JJRS.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per round are displayed within each game. Players are responsible for reviewing these before placing bets.

7. Responsible Gaming

JJRS takes responsible gaming seriously. This platform is intended for adult entertainment only. If gaming is causing financial stress, affecting personal relationships or becoming difficult to control, we encourage players to use the tools available in their account settings or to seek independent support.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap. Once set, the limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• Session time reminders: Set a time reminder that alerts you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in or receive marketing communications. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JJRS and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, and may result in forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information in live games for mutual benefit.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical faults to generate artificial winnings. Any such winnings are void.
• Money laundering or using JJRS to process funds from illegal sources. Suspicious transactions will be reported as required.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false identity information, submitting forged documents or impersonating another individual.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening or harassing toward JJRS staff or other platform users.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

JJRS reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — situations where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions is identified or suspected.
• Fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation or suspicious transaction patterns are detected.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in the platform's dormancy policy.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the account holder or their payment provider.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, JJRS will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered email address. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited. Real-money deposits (excluding bonus-related funds) will be returned to the original payment method after review, unless the funds are subject to a fraud or legal hold.

Players may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting the JJRS support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance will be returned via the player's most recently used withdrawal method, subject to identity verification.

10. Limitation of Liability

JJRS provides this platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain continuous availability and accurate information, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

• JJRS is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages affecting payment processing.
• JJRS is not responsible for incorrect bets placed by a player due to misreading of odds, market descriptions or game rules.
• To the maximum extent permitted, JJRS's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in the player's account at the time of the claim.

11. Amendments to These Terms

JJRS reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered email address or through a notice displayed upon login. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using the platform and contact the support team to close your account.
